Delivery process is very bad..take a more time for delivery

No manufacturing date on bottle and no any box pack worst service i have got ever looks like duplicate and old bottle. Not given a replace product for seed oil which nicci sent me is duplicate bottles with old looking bottels no manufacturing date.worst service ever i have got from nici.i will not buy again nici products any more i have many friends which they are also using nici products iam going to tell everyone that i have got a duplicate products nici is SCAMING people disrespectfully replies not giving proper reply taking 48 hrs for reply and I have got very bad service.NICCI IS SCAMING PEOPLE BY TAKING MONEY AND GIVING DUPLICATE PRODUCTS AND ZERO RESPONSE ON CALL.
ACTUALLY NICCI DESERVES ZERO STAR 👎👎NO ANY SINGLE STAR

Received wrong item and how to return it

My father has been using it since 2-3 months and i have started using it just a couple of weeks ago. It really does the work and the effects are very positive. Both me and my father have a very sensitive scalp and it didnt bothered any of us. Surely will buy another bottle soon :)
