DAMAGED PRODUCT

I have used your products years ago and I was soo satisfied with your product and quality since back then.
After years, I decided to buy your product and I have received product with damaged packaging.

I’m very disappointed!!!!!!
I have ordered 3 product
1) The face wash have a leakage in the bottom and I’m struggling to use it properly.
2) Also there is a problem with the bottle of the serum.
